The Venturi effect cast-iron glass door
Each oven in the design range has a cast iron door with a large Vitroceram glass pane, so you can fully enjoy the spectacle of the flames.
The oven, which opens and closes with a single gesture, is also very easy to maintain. Not only does it self-clean with each cooking using the natural pyrolysis of the flame, but the glass stays clean for a long time thanks to a clever use of the Venturi effect.
A light trickle of air passes under the door and the smoke swirls around the oven as it approaches the glass, but does not settle on it.
Front bar for accessories
Under the oven glass is a black powder-coated steel front bar, very practical for hanging our solid wood chopping board. When you take the dishes out of the oven, simply place them on this board, then remove it to bring them safely to the table.
If you wish, you can also hang other accessories on this front bar, such as the black tin ashtray or kitchen utensils.
